My friend Heidi came to visit me today.
Heidi was one of the people who adopted me when I was a kitten. (I only came to live with Kate when I was two.)
You could say Heidi's been like a mother to me.
Heidi now lives on the island of Yap in Micronesia.
In the middle of the Pacific.
She hasn't visited Hobart for, like, five years or something.
So what did I do when she came to visit me today?
I hid in the next door neighbour's garden.
There aren't any photos of today.
Cheers,

Hahaha! We like your style, Pabs.
Awwwwwww, I bet she was sad she missed you!
Oh Pablo! It's always good to keep the apes on their toes and surprise them but I bet she was sad not to be able to have a little chat with you after such a long absence!
Whicky ;)
Oh Pablo, we think you should go over and say hello to her!
Pabs, hiding from your visitors, just like me.
Oh Pabs, I am sure she would miss seeing you. Then again, I'd do the same thing - hide whenever there are visitors.
Oh Pabs, couldn't you have just managed a little peep around the door?
Oops, bet she was sad that yoo hided from her. Speedy did that when the boy that had him fur his first 8 months came to see him. He did eventually come out but was furry shy.
Yup, that sounds like a typical cat to us - we do the same thing when people come by, even if we should know them well. We bet she wishes she had gotten to see you, but we are sure she understands!
Well, if she was really keen to see you she could have come over to the neighbour's garden and said hello.
Oh, no! There should be pictures.
Oh, were you afraid of her taking you with her on that island of hers??
Hi Pablo,
I have an awardie for you!
