Well, I've been thinking.
There are quite a few of us brown tabbies in the Cat Blogosphere (Merlin and Dobby, Joey, Monty Q and SophieKitty to name just a few), and I'm sure that we all have a bunch of loose furs to spare. Here's just one tuft of my furs that Kate brushed off the guest bed last night (don't tell Nick I was sleeping there, please!!!):
If all of us brown tabbies sent Trip a tuft of our furs, his Food Lady could weave them in with his other furs... problem solved! Food Lady, you might have to sort the furs into their colours first to achieve a truly realistic effect.Whaddya think, Trip?

Hi Mr. Pablo. What a great idea! I will check around to see if I have any furs to spare. That lady sometimes comes at me with a comb and it makes some of my furs come out! Do you think I will get a bald spot too like Tripper???

Pabs, that is a very creative idea you've come up with to help Tripper. We'd be happy to donate some furs, but unless he wants blonde and ginger highlights, we don't think he'd want our fur.

Great idea Pablo! You are so generous to share your furs with Trip. Maybe, if we can collect enough furs, we could knit them into a fancy sweater that would cover up the spot.
ps: Starry is a very silly cat. She stays in the Isolation Room with the sick cats because she is a little shy. But she likes to play funny games like hiding and then jumping out and tapping people on the leg.

Pablo, this is an excellent business idea - you could start a Hair Club for Cats!! And we would be happy to invest some of our furs ... I think I see a few hundred pounds just laying around here ...
