I totally agree. I much prefer the window to the cat door, and if it is shut when I want to come back in, I sit outside and look in the window until mum opens it. She tells me not to be lazy and use the cat flap, but why should I when I have her to open windows? Word verification is nearly your name...plabo
Pablo was my mighty tabby mancat. He passed away in February 2011. For nearly five years I helped him write this blog and together we've made many great friends in the Cat Blogoshpere. I'm in the process of winding up the blog, but I intend to keep in touch with our blogging buddies!

Ahhh we are sorry to say Ricky P didn't drop by for tea. He may however be enjoying the windy tropical weather that only Wellington can produce.
Pabs, I admire your style of getting in and out of the house. Much as I have a cat door, I do prefer the open window method myself.
Nice to catch up with you my Tassie friend. Hope the family are well and getting some more sleep.

Nice entry - I wish I could do that!

ps
That was me Eric. Flynn always uses the cat flap.
I never have the window opened for me. I have been known to sit by the cat flap and wait for someone to open the door, though.
We like the way you work, Pabs :)
Great thinking!
That is a great shortcut! We can't get out our windows - there are screens, plus mom would have a fit!
No screens? Don't you have bugs there, Pabs?
Hey, that's a cool entrance!
Good point!!
Nice window!
Exactly!!
Pfft, we have screens on our windows. No way we get out.
The short cut is a great idea!
