Part of the 6am breakfast ritual involves Kate tearing off yesterday's cat-of-the-day calendar page to reveal the day's new page, featuring either a new cat picture or a new wise saying. Given our morning routine, Kate laughed out loud when she read yesterday's saying:

P.S. Re early morning feeding. I used to get Christine up at sunrise to eat (4.30 am in summer). Now she sets a timer feeder, I get up and eat at 4.30 am then go back to bed. Sometimes I hang over it until it opens and once or twice I got bopped on the nose (Christine would love to get a picture of that happening). It works well for both of us though.
Hi Pabs me old mucker, yeah - my food timer is really cool. Christine used to get so cross when I insisted she get up to feed me but now we can both relax. You should definitely get one for Kate. You should also have a look at the article I've just published about Catcam. FAZ
