My new toy...

Many of you have asked me if Nick and Kate bought me back any cool toys from Melbourne (seeing as they didn't let me go with them and watch the football). Well...
Hel-lo, new toy!

Mmmm... smells like 'nip... (The label says it's a 'bouncing furry octopus', but it just looks like a regular mousie to me.)

Can you see my new mousie hanging in the doorway, ready to play?

I think the instructions say that I'm supposed to do what that cat is doing...

... but maybe later, huh, Kate? This is one of those toys that a cat has to be in the mood for.

Cheers,
--Pabs
(PS Great news about Miral and Momo... both seem to be on the mend! Yay!!)

I'm with you pabs. I would sit and watch it too. Then when no beans are watching, I would go and chew it til it fell off the doorway.

I am glad they thought of you on their holiday.

Have a nice week dude.

Sometimes when mood comes, we play very wild and crazy, sometimes, even shaking human bones making us sleep~!!!
I believe this is a wonderful toy~!! You will have great fun with it!!!!!! I would very love to enjoy you the playing!

I'm not much for the play by yourself toys. I feel there should be some interaction with the human. She need excersize too.

It's a good thing there was a picture and detailed instructions so you would understand how to play!

I agree, Pablo. You're either in the mood to play, or you're not! You can't rush these things.

I agree. You have to be a mood for that kind of toy. It does look like fun, though.

what a cool toy! it is more fun to play when the beans can't get a picture of it. i'm glad they remembered to bring you something.

thanks so much for the award! I will totally post it tomorrow. I love being hip!

Humans must think we are dumb sometimes, like we are so stupid we will fall for their stupid tricks. My humans tried something like this on me once but I only agreed to play with the toy if they dragged it behind them. I will NOT be fooled by a toy tied to a door - that's the sort of thing kittens do. Sheesh! FAZ

Yup, you have to be in the mood for those types of toys. But when you are, they rock!

I don't play with toys much at all. Never did. May be I am just too old to be bothered with toys.

Yep, the best thing about daylight saving ending is the extra snuggles in the evenings.

Ooo ... Those toys are fun 'til a certain Feline American (I won't tell whom, but his name rhymes with "Lucky Charms") steps on the mousie an' then bites through the elastic to "free" the mousie ... an' then drowns the mousie in the water bowl 'til it's dead.

Enjoy yours an' be thankful not to have toy-breakers in your house.

Pablo! We have this very SAME toy at my grandma's house. I like to play with it at night when no one is watching me and might laugh...
